Isn't memset,memcpy standard?

I have always thought they were part of the C standard library. If so, what headers define them? (In VC++, the header is memory.h or string.h - both don''t look very standard to me) Thanks

I was looking (wrongly) for something like cstdlib, cstdio rather than cstring
