just as a side note you can find stuff like that using VisualStudio.

select the "edit" menu and select "find in files". now just type the name of the definition you are looking for (i.e. CDS_RESET). and tell it to search in the include folder of where you install VisualStudio. the filename and line number will appear in your VisualStudio output window. just double click on the line containing the filename and line number and it will open of the include file on that line.

just an FYI.
