Create a window with a double-buffer? (NON-ACCELERATED)

Well, as the topic says: Is there a way to do a double buffer without OGL or DX? Sure, i can create another device context with the same properties as the main buffer and do a BitBlt, but i think that might make stuff flickering. Electron

That is exactly the way you do a double buffer with a window. The only other way is to just make a plain vanilla array that pretends to be a linear chunk of video and use the array just like a back buffer and blit from that. You don''t get the flicker that way either.
