Multiple Textures on a single Model

Hey, I''m using ms3d models and I made the model so that it uses different textures while being one whole solid model. I don''t know how to texture it in OpenGL because the regular use of glBindTexture() will only bind the last texture specified. If you know of any tricks or ways to do this plz let me know! well you can either make the second textured polygons a seperate model and then just alway have the two in the same location, Or you can go through the triangles twice, once rendering all the polygons with 1 texture and then a second time rendering all the others.
