and I compiler them ,have quake2.exe ,

If you are asking whether the Quake 3.21 source release is full so as to create a Quake.exe after being compiled then the answer is NO. The source code release is used to create the .DLL''s that are used by the engine which is contained in Quake.exe file with the game. All that compiling the source will give you is a library.
