Hello, i want to create a rotating moon. A found a texture map on NASA (http://maps.jpl.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/browse.pl?title=TheMoon&filename=/maps/textures/ear1ccc4.ppm&xorig=0&yorig=0&rscal=16&iscal=16), but it''s size is not square. Anyway, if i cut out the middle part (so it''s a square), i can map it, but i can''t rotate it this way (i suppose rotaring a gluSphere object, doesnt chance the mapping). An option is to create like 40 different maps (using photoshop) and creating the rotation effect by changing the texture each time. Anyway, i think there should be a better way to do this... thx, tom
