3d Sound Interface

No. I haven''t even touched sound in my game yet because Chris hasn''t made an example that simply plays some sound effecs. There are some things that you can disect like the character system and some stuff in the High Level examples, but I defintaly don''t have time to go wading through code like that.

Search for SND_ in *.c from the examples directory.

The best one is probably the high level examples that use a simplified MakeSound routine to play a 3D sound and optionally attach it to an entity.
