Hi, I have recently aquired a Wingman Rumblepad to use with a racing game that I have developed over the last few months. Does anyone know how I would go about interfacing the pad using Direct Input? or could offer a code snipet? Edited by - jamies on February 1, 2002 11:40:42 AM

Use DirectInput. The only other alternative is to use the standard windows JOYCAPS and so on, but you wont be able to access rumbles throught that interface (that I know of). DirectInput isn''t too bad. Start with the keyboard, go for the mouse, try the joypad. Once comfortrable mess with rumble.
