I've read many very good articles treating the subject of RPG game (and level) design and repeated errors done by game designers. Now, I'm just wondering why there are so many to spare their time writing those very long and very well-made articles instead of implementing their ideas into a simple RPG engine to test or to prove them. I would really like to see such a RPG, I think it would be wonderful, even if the graphics engine is not high-end... Two other possiblities: - build a team and program such a mega-RPG together! - build a team to program a basic RPG engine that contans all sort of interface, sound and graphics and where one can directly spend time on implementing a role-playing system Well, that's all!
