I know many people have been interested in scripting languages, so check out Lua. The language is specifically designed to run inside "host apps", and it has an easy API. I think the official website is www.lua.org.

Lua is a great language. It''s not too much, and it''s not too little. C can call Lua functions, Lua can call C functions. It''s also easy to pull off calling C++ virtual functions if you know how, which is a nice feature.

the use is all about reducing the code in your app and increasing level specific code, and modularity. can give any level man a way to customize his level, and include whatever other random logic from other people.
