They have links to many servers providing free and legal ISOs of Linux distributions like Mandrake. (Just downloaded this one)

If you don''t have broadband you can just buy a Linux distro for a couple dollars anyway. Try this site. You can burn it and give it away to all of your friends too (legally). Price is no excuse, heh.
