Nice job!
I particularly liked your solution to the TileWalker and TilePlotter classes that encapsulated the TilePlotting/Walking functions within the PlotTile and TileWalk methods.
Ran without issue on XP on my Celeron 333 laptop with a terrible video card.
Try this isometric engine!
Just tried it on my Celeron 366 w/512 Mb RAM. I''ve got a Voodoo 3 w/8 Mb and Win95. 83 fps. Scrolls smooth!

Running without a hitch here at 84 FPS:
PIII 1ghz 256meg
Windows 98 second edition
ASUS GeForce256 32meg (model v6600)

It worked great for me, but turning the grid on really slowed down mouse scrolling.

I''ll add my tests
So, with :
Celeron 900 MHz
320 MB RAM
Geforce 2 MX and Win 2k SP2 i have a constant 84 FPS without any slowings.
Alt tab runs perfectly, and with a lot of tiles there are absolutely no slowings, too.
Great work, go on
