glTexCoord
I''m having some problems displaying a part of a large texture.
When I use glTexCoordf(x, y), I get a black border around the texture when I use anything other than 1.0 or 0.5 for x and y. Does anyone know what''s going on?
thanks in advance
If you use an value lower that 1.0, the texture will be scale and if you use a higher value, the texture is multiply

Hmm, that''s not really the problem....let me rephrase it; I''m trying to map a certain area of a texture (eg from (0, 0) to (0.25, 0.25)) to a quad, but glTexCoord leaves a one-pixel black border round the quad when I use it.

not to sure what u mean, perhaps try glTexCoord2ub(...) ie perhaps its rounding errors
