glDrawElement() takes an entire array. So do you store an entire array and call gldrawelement() or only each triangle and than create the array called by gldrawelement() on the fly?

aye?

>>culling triangles rather than objects<<
with hardware t+l cards its most likely quicker passing all data to the card instead of doing the backface culling yourself, if u do want to do the backface culling just do a dotproduct(tris normal, camera direction)

I was talking about culling object from the FOV. anything that too far to the right, left or behind the camera and that is not sent to OpenGL.
