Does anybody know: can OpenGL be used properly in Visual Basic? Where can I get the VB declares from (If they exist)?

This is certainly possible, I used to do that back when I was still programming in VB:

check out my site for various vb-opengl source downloads:

http://home.conceptsfa.nl/~fredo/downloads.html

You will need vbogl.tlb (the opengl type library), so search for this in google (I don''t know if the name is entirely correct).
