I''m looking to get a good reference book as im nearly finished with Sams Teach Yourself C++ in 21 Days and so I was thinking C++ the Complete Reference but I have heard there are better reference books out there but I still like the look of this. Does it have stuff like __int8, __int64 and other non-standard stuff like this in it?

. Unless it has MSVC in the title somewhere I really hope they don''t include stuff like that.
