Getting Viewing Vector from D3DXMatrix?

How can i get the Vector of the Direction i''m facing from my View Matrix? I need one Vector in the exact Directon i''m facin and one Vector 90° facing in the up directin, for DirectSound Listener Orientation. I want the listener to automaticaly do the same as my view does. Basis vectors are your friends...

direction.x = _13
direction.y = _23
direction.z = _33

right.x = _11
right.y = _21
right.z = _31

up.x = _12
up.y = _22
up.z = _32
