Need help selecting unit types for a game.

What about a hovering craft of some sort, that dosn''t fly like a plane, so isn''t _that_ fast or large, but can go over mountians/trees/water or whatever. That idea could be adapted, however your game is going to work.

Update on the game.

The game is a FPS type game, where MOD makers can create custom parts for any of the 3 crafts. Players then buy parts assemble their craft using money they''ve earned from battles. So the flexibility is endless.

I like the gunship or hovercraft idea. That''s kind of what we are leaning towards now. Remember Empire strikes back on the ice planet where the speeders are attacking the large walkers. The speeders were very fast, but very small can couldn''t travel very high, so they would fit into our game scale.

Hooks = Fast and furious,
but fits into our scale, and it''s conceivable that a biosoldier (the sniper elite soldier type) could take one out.
