Message FAQs
Hi,
Just noticed that the usual bunch of questions keep popping
up. Most popular are:
- What''s better? DirectX or OpenGL?
- What''s the best 3D Engine
- What modelling programs do you guys use?
- What''s the best Language? (and what do the pros use)
- ... and so on
Maybe what we need is a FAQ for each of the forums. Something
that is visible at the top of EVERY messages so it''s easy to
spot out. Unless such FAQs already exists and that I just
can''t see them (maybe cuz I just woke up...)
Just my $0.02...
Bye!

Hi,
I already saw that link (too bad you had to go through all that
trouble of screen-shot, cropping, etc.)...and I noticed it
(the forum FAQ) was empty..that''s why I posted my original
message in the first place.
And only Admins and Moderators can edit that FAQ (a great
job they''re doing so far - sarcasm)...(j/k)...
Bye!

Most of them are empty though...
Ultimately, though, I don''t think it the FAQs make much of a difference, since the people who ask these questions usually aren''t the types to look for answers on their own. Take a look at the DirectX FAQ, and then look at the topics that have been posted over the last month.
