How can you change the properties of a dialog item defined in VC++''s editor? Say I have a bitmap image, and I''d like it to be "sunken" at certain times, but not at others. Kinda like what''s done in most paint programs, selecting tools and stuff. I can''t seem to find a function that''ll let me change properties like that.... Grr... -Arek the Absolute

Some of these attributes can only be assigned during creation (using CreateEx, if you use any of the extended window types). For example, the ''sunken'' look is the WS_EX_CLIENTEDGE extended attribute.
