I think you use html tags:
you would write:

a href="http://wherever.html
This would be the link, if I used braces
/a

I need to know how to "defang" html

to make a link you would write something like:

Link Name Goes Here

stevenmarky:
To get < and > you have to write them as < and > respectively (to get < you have to write < etc...)

lt = less-than
gt = greater-than
amp = ampersand

there are many other codes as well...

You need to put http:// at the front of that link. At the moment, it''s trying to open:
"http://www.gamedev.net/community/forums/www.geocities.com/entaria"
It''s because you''ve given the link a relative address.
Adding http:// at the front should fix it.

First, you're right - the link works now.
Second, I've just downloaded the game, and am running it.
I've only just started, so I can't say anything about the actual game-play yet, but on the technical side:
1) It does work in WinXP (which is slightly surprising but good)
2) EDIT: I'm an idiot - I *really* should look at more than the first screen or two before posting.

I'll post more when I've actually played the thing.

Ohh thanks for playing it
Yes I try it on Win 2000 which is a bit similar to Xp when dealing with console applications.
I''m using Win98 however
Anyway I''m waiting for your feedback
Good luck!!
