I have noticed that many commercial fonts are sold with a "single user" license attached to them. In short, they allow a single user to use the font on one CPU only, for display and printing (and may allow copies to be sent to be sent to a publisher, and may allow embedding in within documents). This begs the following questions: 1.) Are you permitted to use this font in a piece of digital artwork? 2.) Are you permitted to use this font in a logo for a product or company? 3.) Are you permitted to use this font within a game which will be played by others on other machines? 4.) Does anyone know how font licensing is usually handled in the game development industry? Can anyone provide a reasonably informed answer on this?

Try here, as long as you send him a copy of what you used his fonts in you are free to use them as you see fit.
