Texture Coordinates Disappears in X files

I have a problem with exporting my mesh from 3D Max 4 to X files. My scene contains editable mesh object with a collapsed UVW Map modifier for the texture coordinates. But after exporting the scene to X file (using the XSkinExp plugin that can be found on www.microsoft.com), I found out that the texture coordinates does not exist. I tried exporting another scene and there was texture coordinates in the exported X file. Is there any special condition that I should follow during the modeling? Thanks in advance.

I''ve just recently come across the same problem. I''ve even tried totally remapping my object, but it still doesn''t work...

If anybody has any ideas...please reply. Thanks

this plugins really sux!.

instead use the 3dsconv

I use a different x file plugin for 3dsmax4: PandaDXExport.dle
i cant remember where i got it from, but im sure u can find it by doing a search on google, or if not reply to this post and i cant AIM, or email it to u.
