Simple Vc++ compile problem

Well i broke down and got vc++6 Im just triing to compile and build but i get the following error What does that mean? thnx a ton -Skow --------------------Configuration: simple3d - Win32 Debug-------------------- Compiling... simple3d.cpp Linking... LIBCD.lib(crt0.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _main Debug/simple3d.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals Error executing link.exe. simple3d.exe - 2 error(s), 0 warning(s)

win32 apps are supposed to have WinMain, not main. for traditional c++ programs choose to create a console app instead.

It means you should have read the manual first. Since you didn't however, I'll point you to Visual C++ from the For Beginners forum.
