Can anyone explain me the skeleton animation maths?

This is a relatively complicated area. The first thing I would do is learn more about vectors and matrices. Things like the matrix multiplication and transformations. Look in

for more information. It will be tough going, but you will use this math almost every day you program games from now on. If you have specific questions, by all means, ask away. Once you have some basic matrix knowledge it will be a lot easier to explain skeletal animation.
