3D Model Animations under Delphi

Did anyone have a simple Animation of a 3D Model. I tryed the SkinnedMeshes from the JediExamples but it''s too complex... I would like to do some animations with 3D models in my Game but don''t know how to do it... (I use Delphi and the Jedi-DirecX-Header) Can anyone help me please with a little code exampe (best with some comments) Thanx

Dude, there is NO easy way to do this. There is no way no to do it with "a little" code. Bite the bullet.

Right... but must it be SO much code?
Do someone have a nice working code for that that isnt so dificult to understand, I mean there must be a esier way than the skinnedMeshes... I hear that the Quake2 Models shall be right "easily" to use but I didn''t found any code for delphi/directX for that anywhere...
