Lots of linker errors...

When compiling my directshow project, without linking the amstrmid.lib file to the project i get this: --------------------Configuration: DX - Win32 Debug-------------------- Compiling... DXshow.cpp Linking... Creating library Debug/DX.lib and object Debug/DX.exp DXsound.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _GUID_DirectMusicAllTypes DXsound.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _CLSID_DirectMusicPerformance DXsound.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _IID_IDirectMusicPerformance8 DXsound.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _CLSID_DirectMusicLoader DXsound.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _IID_IDirectMusicLoader8 DXsound.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _CLSID_DirectMusicSegment DXsound.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _IID_IDirectMusicSegment8 DXshow.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _IID_IMediaSeeking DXshow.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _IID_IGraphBuilder D:\Apps\DirectX\LibTester\DX.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 9 unresolved externals Error executing link.exe. Creating browse info file... DX.dll - 10 error(s), 0 warning(s) Whhn linking it, i get 260 errors, any idea why?

those structures are setup in dmusici.h, it seems you have the header file, but make sure your including dsound.lib in your project linking too. I hope this points you in the right direction.
