how do i use glGluLookAt() ? I tried the following, // parameters (camera position, view, up vector) glGluLookAt(pos.x,pos.y,pos.z, look.x,look.y,look.z, 0,1,0); do i need anythng else? because when i change the parameters, such as camera.z, nothing happens! side note: I didnt know you could use opengl/direcx with VisualBasic. Is it as good as say c/c++? ~ I am a DirectX to OpenGL convert! ~

perhaps youre doing something like loadidentity() afterwards?

its not as fast + most tuts/demo codes use c/c++ (which is easier for learning)
thougb if youre more comfortable with it go for it
(though btw ms are shifting priorities away from vb)
