My problem is that when ever I make a tile in photoshop and export it, the tile when used in my game has a white border around the sides. I have tied using photoshop''s transparency as well as pixelgrabber class. Both leave behind a white border around the edges of the tile. Does anyone how to get around this? I am using gif''s since for some reason the png file format slows down my program considerably. Any responce would be much appreciated.

Turn off antialiasing on the paint bucket and turn up the tolerance to the point that the entire BG is one color but the tile itself isn't affected.

Also, use the paint bucket on the background only after everything is sized correctly. Resizing and image will cause aliasing.
