Frustrum culling.....aarghh!

I need to check if a triangle is in, out, or partly in my view frustrum. I can check all points of the triangle, but every point of the triangle outside my frustrum doesn''t mean the triangle does not intersect my frustrum. I''ve tried to solve this, but for some way I can''t get it working. I only cull in 2D, so it shouldn''t be hard. I just can''t figure out how. Can anybody help? Thanks, Edotorpedo

One trick that worked for me is to check to see if all points of the triangle are outside of any ONE of the frustum planes.
