Hi, i just want to know about your experience with vertex shaders and vertex position interpolation (animation). just tell me if it is an increase in speed if i do the computation in my c++ code as usual or using the vertex shaders for doing that?! will i have a gain in fps when using vertex shaders instead of the c++ way? at the moment i'm thinking about doing the animation with vertex shaders since I've just bought a gf3 ti500 any small note is very appreciated - thank you! I use Vertex Tweening in Shaders on my Geforce 2 and get a speed increase rather than doing it in C++. On my Geforce 2 I have to use MIXED Vertex processing. It's easy once you figure it out (thats the bummer).
