Ive been looking around for a while now but still the answer is aloof, Just what exactly are NeHe and NeXe all about >? and where can I find these tutuorials people keep talking about any help is appreciated

On the main GameDev.net page, on the right side, a little ways down the page, there is a box called Hosted Sites. Check it out.
