can someone tell me what that function does? and will that function help me rotate a object around another objects center? EX: Missle Rotates around the figeters center thxs

In order to rotate around an arbitraty point you should use what is called Affine Transformation. Nevertheless a point is a point in Cartesian space then you would rotate around the center and then translate to the object you would like to rotate against.
