Rotation matrices in ogl

is a rotatoin in ogl like rx, ry, rz, ux, uy, uz, dx, dy, dz, or rx, ux, dx, ry, uy, dy, rz, uz, dz or somthing else? Ogl is right-handed, right?
Well, that was a waste of 2 minutes of my life. Now I have to code faster to get 'em back...
