Hey all, I was just wondering if there was a platform independent way to do force feedback or if the only option is DirectX.Thanks, Jesse www.laeuchli.com/jesse/

I think force feedback is just for DirectX. Maybe you should ask this on the Unix forum.

I am positive that there is a way to do it on other machines. Might be very difficult though. You can technically get to just about any function of any hardware on your machine if you pry hard enough... I wish I could point ya in the right direction.

But I am pretty certain there is a way.
I might be wrong though.
