I want to copy Security Information from one File or Directory to another on NT/2000 Systems... but i dont know how to do this, all ive tried was without any effect, (and ive already searched the web, msdn !)... so if someone know how to copy them please tell me... thx for any help T2k

How about the GetNamedSecurityInfo and SetNamedSecurityInfo functions.

You can just Get the DACL on the source object and copy it to the destination object.

Dont work, tried them, but ive forgotten to try GetFileSecurity, and this one works :D:D:D
