Mesh Picking

Hey, This really isn''t DirectX specific, so I thought I''d throw my problem out there. I''m having some trouble implementing the Direct SDK Pick sample to work with multiple objects pointing to the same mesh. Basically what it does is calculate the look ray and performs an intersect test with the mesh. Now this works fine for 1 mesh and 1 object, but I can''t get it working with 1 mesh and multiple objects. What I''m trying to do now is get the inverse matrix of the transforms I do to an object, multiply it with the Pick vector and Intersect it. I thought this would work, but it doesn''t. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Paul
