sprites in dx8

okay im trying to use the built in sprite class with dx8, but dont seem to be working, i loadding a texture from a bmp file, LPD3DXSPRITE sprite; //my sprite right... LPDIRECT3DTEXTURE8 texture; //and my texture... D3DXCreateSprite(g_pd3dDevice, &sprite); //then to draw the sprite i do... sprite->Begin(); //i tryed this, it not working sprite->Draw( texture, NULL, &D3DXVECTOR2(100,100), NULL, NULL, &D3DXVECTOR2(10,10), D3DCOLOR(100)); //where mLocal is a trnasform/rotation matrix //i have previously set up.... sprite->DrawTransform(texture, NULL, &mLocal, NULL); sprite->End(); i tryed doing Draw(), and DrawTransform() by them selves, and with each other, nothing is showing up.... ene ideas?

After looking at your code there, I think it may be due to the alpha value you have supplied to Draw(). Try using the D3DCOLOR_ARGB() macro instead.
