You must either scale your geometry by supplying the appropriate matrix to the worldview renderstate (preferable) or you must scale the vertices of the geometry yourself (not-preferable). Or you increase or decrease the size of your orthogonal frustrum.

its been a long time since i did it, but im sure theres a way to do it by changing the projection matrix. (no promises tho )
if you''re concerned about OO then this would be a better way to do it.
