win NT 4.0 and Borland C++

hey all! I have a cuple of questions. So here they are... 1) How important is Physics, Trig, and Geometry in game programing?? 2) I cant get Borland C++ 4.52 to work on Windows NT 4.0. Did anyone else have this problem or have this problem?? Cuse I want it on NT but cant get it to run so does anyone have a sulution?? Thanx node_5r
