yeah, i dig it too.. i might make a suggestion though:
a skybox or skydome would make it look 30000x better..
maybe some perlin noise generated clouds
looking great so far though!

We are working on making realtime clouds, in the engine, that cast a shadow on the ground as they float past, it will be cool.
