Okay, I''ve been having a problem with some kind of apparent Direct Draw interpolation to the point where I need to ask for help. After loading a bitmap into memory and then displaying it.. there looks to be some kind of anti-aliasing effect around the bitmap, as you can see a hue of an color slightly off of the color key. However, I''m absolutely positive this is not in the original bitmap. I''ve checked, double checked, triple checked. In case you''re wondering I am doing BltFast, too. Does anyone know of a way to prevent this from occuring?

Are you using DirectX 8? I''ve heard that 8 automatically antialiases 2d images. I don''t know if you can turn it off.

Thanks for your reply, although I am using DirectX 6. At any rate, can anyone tell me whether this effect will be consistent with every card? At least if I know it will, I can compensate for it.
