Polygon Border and Fill ?

Hi, I''ve just noticed something... all of the polygons I''m drawing are being drawn with a pixel-thick border. This is pretty weird, especially with my semi-transparent textures that I use for particles and billboards. The transparency is fine, but they''re all being drawn with a border around them... kind of looks like FillSolid and FillWireFrame have been used simultaneously. Any idea what could be causing it?

What colour RGB are you using for your colour key? If its a dark colour then thats where I''d look first. The border may be slightly off the colour key.
