Display list question

Say that you have a set of maybe 1000 polygons that should be rendered every frame, then you''ll probably gain some performance by putting them in a display list, right? Now, my question is; how much do you gain by using display lists? -Luctus

This is very implementation dependent. On some implementations the performance may decrease. The best way to find out is to benchmark it.
