I''m not sure if this is the right forum to ask but it''s my best guess. I''m trying to make some simple non-textured objects (ie: spheres, cubes, etc) in 3ds max, but I''m stuck on how to color the individual vertices of the objects. My .3ds loader in my game works great and manages textured and regular mesh data loading w/o any problems. I just can''t figure out how to set the vertex colors of the objects in 3ds max. I always end up with all the vertices being white. Can anyone tell me how to do this right? -Ben | particlefield.com |

Add a modifier to your object called ''Vertexpaint''. Press the vertcol check box to show the vertex colors, and paint colors on your models by using the brush (you should see colors appearing on your model in max)
