initializing d3d device

here''s the problem: my d3d application is designed to create/delete several d3d devices (only one at a time) but only the first time works. i swapped the order in which the devices are created and each time the first creation suceeds and the following don''t. i don''t initialize something extraordinary, just a few sprites and i''m quite sure i''m realeasing all the interfaces correctly. if any of you had the same problem and solved it PLEASE TELL ME! any idea is appreciated! need help to program your game? visit
