Clearing a bitmap with Win GDI.

How do you mean? You mean to so you can save it that way, or do you mean you want to make it disappear after you''ve drawn it?

Well, yes and no. If it is selected into an HDC then you can BitBlt to the HDC with a rop of WHITENESS, or some such, and it will be cleared. If it isn''t selected into anything, you can''t (as far as I know), but generally you wouldn''t need to; just delete it and make a new one.

Sorry StarFire, I meant a bitmap in memory created with CreateCompatibleBitmap(). I just wanted to clear it since I''m not drawing to the entire buffer yet, but I''ll just do a WHITENESS blit to it, I forgot about that. Thanks TDragon.
