skydome and how to texture the thing

Hi, I am prototyping a game engine for my game. I am just beginning to learn how to do things in 3d! I am using a skydome, but when I apply a texture to it, the texture looks weirdly aligned to the skydome. What I need is some algorithm which changes the texture when it is loaded to make it fit for a dome. Know what I mean? Any help is appreciated greatly, Bart

After you''ve created the dome, adjust the UV''s by adding 1.0f to them if they are above 0.9f. A nice little hack that will fix your problem (thank you Jeff Landers!).
