VB Direct3D8 sprites

Recommended Posts

Hey some assistance! I''m "trying" to make a game with visual basic with d3d.. I''m just using the sprite command to render the tiles.. unfortunately, now I need to be able to control whether I render infront or behind the sprites.. I cannot change the code to accomodate it.. I know d3d can do translations and whatnot.. can I get direct3d to move me one pixel infront of what i''m doing, or 1 behind? I''d rather not rewrite the entire game thanks for your time..
