Testing drawing different types of targets

I'm in the process of adding all the target types now. The target list and targets types database are pretty robust, implementing AI, movement, combat, and collisions. So adding a new target type comes down to specifying things like arc of fire, max speed, hit points, AI type, etc, and making the game draw them.

36 types of targets are currently planned, with 18 implemented so far.
